i really enjoyed creating this render. but i did encounter a few problems as parts were mising from the tutorialsother than that im happy with it

magnifying glass done in maya. i enjoyed doing this but encountered a few problems with the refraction of light throughthe lens
3rd week life drawing
3rd week of life drawing.this time we got a man. i made him look a bit like a cave man i think im gettin worse at it after every attempt.2nd week life drawing
more life drawing in the second week.this time i was a bit more succesful in make my sketch look like a human form. this time i used lines and grids as a guideline.

my final portrait.i used photoshop using layers and editing the images together.
the left side represents my actual feelings, my inner self from my experiences moving from cyprus to the uk. since i moved over everything has gone from bad to worse. the right side represents the mask i wear every day to hide my true identity and my feelings. its something i have to wear daily to be able to blend in with the rest of the society and hide whats really going on in my life.

this is my first experimentation for my final portrait.looking at face x-rays i tried merging the two images together.
used both photoshop and illustrator to use the xray as a mask thus covering up the face.
